DESCRIPTION

Whats in the box:Spear Gun, Shaft JBL734S, One Slings JBL220, Spear Point JBL847, Shock Line JBL515L

If you're looking for a spear gun that's big on performance while still leaving a little green in your wallet, the Explorer is perfect. Made with a corrosion resistant hardened 17-4 stainless steel trigger and shaft, JBL734S shaft is 34" (86.4 cm) and is 5/16" in diameter, cast aluminum, two piece handle, and combined with a 1" (2.5 cm) aerospace alloy barrel for quick target acquisition and fatal results. Guns overall length is 48" (1.22 meters) Same parallel power source and low profile design make the Explorer perfect for cagy fish when the shot window is a split second.

To increase power and additional JBL220 sling can be added. The sling is a unique latex formulation and dip manufacturing process that delivers radical modulus strength. The power curve increases as bands are stretched for optimum performance. Special anti-oxidants help protect against harmful U.V. rays, prolonging sling life. The slings wishbone is 302 stainless wires that provide superior strength and durability.

The JBL847 Twin Barbed Rock Point is an economical multi-purpose point. Double 2-5/8" wing span design increases holding power. Wing retainer allows for easy removal of fish. Tip is designed for medium to small fish. Gun is equipped with the JBL515L Shock Line. Sometimes we miss or we shoot a large fish and the recoil can pull the gun out of your grip, which ever the shock line will keep you in control. At the end of the day it's not the flash, but the fish count that really matters, and nothing stacks them up like the Explorer.

Comments about JBL Explorer 22 Single Sling Speargun (4D22):

I love this speargun for the price, quality, and performance. I have used it on about 10-15 seperate occasions in lakes and rives and I have not had a single problem. It is simple to load and operate and it seems to shoot true each time. I purchased a 2nd band for it, but I only used it once. The single band that comes installed has plenty of power behind it for now.

i use this gun in lake mead for small close fish. But it isn't sting enough for large prey. Up to 10 lbs it will penetrate over 10 won't go through

Comments about JBL Explorer 22 Single Sling Speargun (4D22):

This is a great overall gun. The only thing is that it has poor range but that can easily be solved. I simply replaced the 9/16 and out on two 5/8 rubber, it works great after that.I use it to hunt all kinds of fishes like grouper, snapper, barracuda etc.
