        I use the swim fin to work out and swim laps in the pool. I also use them for snorkeling. They give me power and are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them.

        Toe Liberation

        This is the first fin that hasn't rubbed my toes raw. Toe liberation, at last! I would appreciate tips for exercises that will prepare my 68 year old knees to handle the extra torque that caused inflammation (in my recent initial experience). I swim long distances for up to two hours 2x a day (but only 2x yearly). My fin size is women's ML which only comes in blue and black. I would like pink or yellow "Slim Fins" in my size so I can be spotted in the water easier when I swim alone. Also, bright colored fins are helpful when other swimmers are trying to follow.
