    I use with block weight.
    Had to fix toggles on zippers for easy opening.

    Packs the weight neat and tidy out of the way.

    Had trouble fixing to waste band and sholder strap.
    But once sorted out, its great

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
