The Dual Rec Wing was created for technical divers in the South Pacific who dive double tanks wearing wetsuits as their exposure protection. These divers needed a secondary inflation source since they do not wear drysuits, plus they wanted the ability to use the same wing on single-tank, shallow dives. With the same versatility and lift capacity of the Rec Wing, the Dual Rec incorporates two bladders to provide back-up inflation. It is ideal for technical divers who dive wet and do not have a drysuit as alternate inflation or for any diver who wants to ensure their backup inflation has the same lift capacity as their primary inflation. The Dual Rec Wing employs the same Gusset Control System (GCS) cord as the Rec Wing. Woven through tabs on the front face of the wing, the cord limits lift capacity when tightened so the Dual Rec Wing can be used with single, back mount tanks. When the GCS cord is loosened, the Dual Rec Wing provides its full lift capacity of 51 pounds/23 kg of lift and can accommodate two 95 ft 3/15 L back mounted cylinders. Loose or tight, the GCS cord helps the Rec Wing maintain a small profile for divers traversing in tight passages and the cord compression helps in dumping air. Tough, ballistic nylon outer bag protects the wing from tears and abrasion. The 15-mil urethane bladder is abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and resists the growth of microorganisms. Primary inflation hose has choice of 16-inch rapid exhaust (pull dump), 16-inch or 12-inch elbow, or Ritesource integrated octo along with 15-inch, 22-inchor 27-inch low pressure inflation hose. Choice of 16-inch or 12-inch elbow corrugated hose with either 15-inch or 22-inch low pressure inflation hose for backup. The Dual Rec Wing is designed for use with the TransPac, TransPlate or any webbing-style harness. The Dual Rec Wing is made in the U.S.A.
