DESCRIPTION
Gamma Snorkel has a semi-dry profiled guard that drastically reduces water entering the snorkel tube from splashing of wind and waves, without blocking the breathing tube. An adjustable attachment system for quick-attachment to the mask strap runs along the snorkel tube for perfect positioning. New drainage well this draws all the residual water to the bottom end of the tube, preventing blockage of breathing. Internal elliptical one-way valve optimizes water drainage, making it quick and easy to purge the snorkel clear.

FEATURES
  • Profile Splash Guard
  • Semi-Dry Design
  • Easy Adjust Attachment
  • Drainage Well for Dryer Breathing
  • Elliptical One-Way Purge Valve

      Comments about Cressi Gamma Snorkel:

For the price it is actually all right. It is plenty good for surface swimming as supposed to be. That's the best it goes.

the bad well the clip is a piece of junk so buy the silicone snorkel holder for a 1.00 once you get this snorkel in your hands.

If you are budget minded, buy it. But 15.00 or so can get you a better snorkel.

The purge valve tends to leak water in, strange but it really does. It takes two deep breaths to clear this snorkel. mouth piece is very narrow and causes jaw fatigue.

        Comments about Cressi Gamma Snorkel:

I like Cressi snorkels because they are well made, and don't feel cheap like most other brands including the Aqualung Impulse. However this snorkel is just very awkward the mouthpiece is on the small side the angle when placed on the head makes it prone to flood. Overall I'd say go for the Delta snorkel.

        Comments about Cressi Gamma Snorkel:

Overall good snorkel if you stay on the surface. If you decide to dive down ( even just 4-5 feet) it has problems staying attached to your mask, especially on the way up. On many occasions it detached itself from my mask strap on the way to the surface and on a couple occasions the mouth piece fell off from the snorkel. If you are not prepared it could be a problem when you push yourself from the bottom at 15 feet with a little air left.

        Comments about Cressi Gamma Snorkel:

I received this as compensation for a job and gladly use it, but likely would not purchase again. The wave-guide is acceptable if waves are from your left, but if they're on your right it channels them into the snorkle. If you move quickly the snorkle twists and adjusts itself. You would probably be better off just getting a straight tube snorkle.
