DESCRIPTION
The Dry Snorkel has an Anti-Splash end with a special Valve that Seals the Tube as you dive, almost totally preventing the entrance of water when the snorkel is submerged. The Lower End has a Corrugated Section that has a Smooth Internal Bore which prevents Trapping Water inside the Snorkel Tube allowing Excess Water to Quickly Drain to the Collection Reservoir below. The Corrugated Section also quickly Drops-Away from the Diver's Mouth when switching from the Snorkel to the Scuba Regulator.

The Special Water Collection Reservoir, with its large Elliptic One-Way Exhaust Valve makes expelling excess water quick and easy. The Replaceable Angled Mouthpiece and Corrugated Tube Section are both made from Hypoallergenic Silicone adding Comfort and Function. A Quick Release Snorkel Keeper and Ergonomic Contoured Shape make this one great snorkel. Snorkel is available in available in 8 color choices. The Snorkel is covered by a 12 month limited warranty.

    I have 3 snorkels and after considerable use of all 3, this is my favorite. I also have an Oceanic Ultra dry. The features that make the Cressi my favorite over the Oceanic are heavier bite wings and stronger mouthpiece. When free diving over 10', you can feel the mouthpiece of the Oceanic compress from the water pressure. The Cressi is stronger and I do not experience that problem with it. Neither comes up dry when free diving to 10' and beyond for any length of time. Both are completely dry for shallow dives. I don't use my older wet snorkel anymore, love the dry.

    I bought this item to complete my scuba equipment.I like to have it so that I don`t waste air at the surface. However, this piece is really heavy and therefore you don`t want to have it attached to your mask.

    I don't recommend this product. I would find something lighter.

          I used this snorkel recently in rough water in cuba and it worked very well, easy to clear and easy on the mouth. Underwater and diving at high speed with Gara long fins it did flutter and bend, but by adjusting the keeper position this was not a big deal. Obviously this snorkel is not designed for serious free diving, but I was surprised how well it worked in shallow dives and on the surface. I was out on the reef for three hours a day for a week and had no mouth fatigue. Warning: be careful to keep this snorkel clean and free of sand. My partner was a little casual about this and the float did jam and lock with a single piece of sand. Keep it clean and clear and check the movement of the float when you rinse it out and it will work great. Excellent design and price.

            It was awesome!! My first dry snorkel. I had my doubts, but it felt comfortable. The only con I had was that when it did let a little water in, I had to cover the purge valve and blast clear it. No problem really.

            I was skeptical with the other review claiming it to be too top heavy, DONT BELIEVE THEM! It was fine!
