Comments about Canon WW-DC1 Weight Set (4 pack) for Canon Digital Camera Underwater Housings.:

These weights are a must and a perfect solution to making the camera less buoyant. I use all 4 weights and have used these on several Canon housings. I always use a wrist strap to keep the camera attached to me.

The only problem I can see is that they shift around a bit and work loose. I overcame this by putting one of the plastic white pins through the weights one direction, and the other pin through the other direction. The pin head butts up against the bottom of the camera, and fills the 'wiggle' gap and keeps them in place.

The weights worked well, but fell off as the screw loosened. Not necessary for most diving

i first got my underwater case and no weights,
bad idea! i fought the camera the entire dive,
and it was tough to hold camera to shoot while its tring to float to the surface!
