        [...] It is held in place by two heavy duty rubber bands under my Halcyon Eclipse Wing Inflator Hose. It is easily accessable by both hands in many different positions. With the rubber bands, it can be donned easily.NOTE: To keep the blades from rusting, spray them with Rustoleum Clear Coat. Just remember to tape off the actual cutting edge of the blade to keep that as sharp as possible. This will with proper rinsing techniques, keep the condition of this line cutter in optimum performance for years to come.

          It does what it says. Make sure you have a sheath for it - I happened to have something from a utility tool that fit perfectly - otherwise buy one that comes with it.
