left my Pelican 1650 at home and used this for trip to Cozumel. weight was 49.5 lbs (just under limit so saved the [$]xtra charge from airline) with all my dive gear and street clothes. It will not balance when set on wheels but I can live with it.

Great space for everything for drysuit diving in the NW. It was a little more than some, but I want this one to last, so time will tell. I was limited on storage space so I was a little disappointed that the listed width of 30" was a couple of inches shy of its overall width when considering the wheels, but it looks great on the shelf. This is a durable bag, and I hope to test its limits with travel plans back to Central America!
