With short sleeves and legs this extremely versatile 3 mm nylon II neoprene suit offers superb mobility without sacrificing core warmth attributes. This suit utilizes flat-lock stitching throughout. Suit is equipped with a YKK #10 brass zipper. AKONA's unique zipper design utilizes dual rubber strips to additionally seal the zipper opening when closed, creating a water resistant closure. In addition, AKONA's low profile zipper flap folds over the closed zipper to further seal and secure the zipper in its closed position. The reinforced pull loop at the base of the zipper makes self-donning of the suit fast and easy.
The new AKONA glide-skin neck seal minimizes water entry and flushing of the suit. The neck of this AKONA wetsuit is flush-cut for this purpose. The arms and legs are finished with elastic binding for comfort. AKONA 3 mm Shorty is available in 6 sizes from 5/6 to 15/16, and comes with a 24 month limited warranty.
