Princeton tech light.

By NICK M.

 -  Waco, TX, US

I used the lights this weekend and they worked great. I carry one on my BCD with a retractable line. I put the other one in my BCD pocket as a back up. The lights were used for signaling, swim throughs and checking out objects. They put out a good concentrated light.

great little light

Questions & Answers

Questions about this item:

Shopper  how many lumens? leisure pro web site states 65 lumens and princeton tec website states it is 120 lumens ? Is this not the same impact xl on the princeton website?
KEVIN F  The newer version is 120. The original was 65.
STEVE S  There are different bulbs for essentially the same chassis. Having both, neither are really that good. Look for a CRE-based torch using Li-ion battery. It will cost more but you will be happier with the results. You will likely work your way up to one any way, will all earlier purchases proving to be a waste of money/time.
MATTHEW W  Call Princeton to confirm specs they have excellent customer service. Then I'd call Leisure Pro to confirm its not some older model. I have 2 IMPACT XL purchased a few years back, they are bright ... I doubt you'll be disappointed.
TERRY D  I don't have an answer. I would check with Princeton. Maybe they changed the light and one is older than the other.
Shopper  What are the dimensions of this light?
LeisurePro S  Approx. 7" by 1.5".
Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
Benjamin M  This light was recommended to me by my Dive Safety Officer as a dependable, affordable light that's bright for its size
ALAN C  This small light fits in pockets easily. My wife and I often use as a day and night dive primary light. It does not have a large spot diameter so it is not a true primary light. The LED bulb does not use much power from battery so recently used it on 8 dives without having to change batteries, just kept it in BCD pocket for days. As with all dive lights I put silcone grease on the o-ring seal after every cleaning and DO NOT over turn the on off feature.
JAMES B  Second one love the light it gives still use the original just getting a second one
CHUCK C  Bought the wrong color. See above comments on same item.
CHUCK C  Recommended by another diver. I prefer switch operated lights rather than twist-type head. Gave this to my younger daughter.
DAVID B  Works well as a secondary light
PAUL R  Robust, strong and bright light for divers and for topside, although today I would purchase only high quality LED lights for obvious reasons. Everybody gets excellent service at LeisurePro. The best dive store in the USA! Paul PADI Rescue Diver
JAMES K  When on it lights up- when off it doesn't. Rock solid, easy to lose on the tiny lanyard, but reliable. fits in bc pocket.
