Best use is for warm water , after about 70 minutes in 80 degree water, the chill starts setting in.

It was great new. After about 100 dives, the neoprene started to go thin. Warm dives became cold ones. It is now 2mm thick and no longer has much foam to it. The material could not hold up under that pressure. I expect better from a product in this price range.
