D E do you set up the regulator with the octopus and the dive computer?

REBECCA F No. We had to take ours to a local dive shop to have everything connected, set up and checked over.
CHRIS G D E, I purchased two of these packages and they were not completely set up. All you will need to do is connect the equipment to the regulator. I did this myself in both sets by just following the easy directions provided. No special tools were needed.
If you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself, you can take it to a local dive shop and they will be able to set you up.
