I recently purchased two of these regulators. I use them as my main diving regulators on my doubles. I'm very happy with them.
This is the OMS Workhorse regulator.
The first stage has a shiny crome finish and has a 300 Bar/4500 Psi DIN fitting. It also comes with a plastic DIN cap to protect the threads and keep the air inlet clean. It has 3 LP ports and 1 HP port.
It's an unbalanced piston first stage. Unbalanced piston regulators are compact, reliable, and cost less.
The only down side is when your air supply gets below 500 psi, you may notice a slight increase in breathing resistance.
The hose is 32 inches long and made in USA. I have no idea what country the regulator was made in.
The second stage is mid size and light weight. And has a silicone mouth piece. It comes with 3 second stage covers.
The black cover comes installed and an extra yellow and green cover are in the box. Use the different colors to ID different gas mixes or when using as an octo.
The second stage has an adjustable Predive/Dive switch. That moves a vane inside the second stage. The Predive position is great for water entry,surface swimming,or when using a pony/stage bottle,or octo. Because this position reduces the chance of a free flow.
When in the dive position it's a smooth breather, even when deep.
There was no owners manual or warranty registration card in the box. However you can log on to the OMS website and get both.

I have owned this regulator for several years and it has been trouble free and rugged. I use it primarily for my 50% and 100% O2 decompression bottles and it serves well and faithfully.
