Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife... we have used it twice, that's TWICE, and the wheels fell off. Very, very, very disappointing. The store purchased from is no longer in business, and have been unable to contact Oceanic to demand refund.What a waste of money.

i have had this bag twice and in both life's of it the seem had burst right by top of bag when standing by handle.seems that with 50# of weight and airport luggage handler that seems and construction are not suitable.maybe if you are handling bag yourself or going from home to site but for airports it is a def no-go!!!!!!!!!
