The Obrien Youth Neoprene Vest is more environmentally friendly to produce than neoprene. Vest is more resistant to mold and mildew and has increased stretch-ability for a better fit. Vest has a zipper closure and two squeeze" quick-release adjustable buckle with nylon straps. Wide arm-holes allow easy donning and doffing. Vest is Coast-Guard-approved and comes with a 12 month limited warranty.
