Shopper I wear glasses -5.0 on land (for both L/R eye), should I take lower for these lens? maybe -3.0 / -3.5? Thanks.
JOHN V I am not a doctor, just a diver. I would suggest you get as close to your optic settings as possible. You will see a difference and if you have astigmatisms, they don't adjust for them. I really love my goggles/facemask!
MICHAEL R I would ask your eye Doc. Slightly less correction underwater than on land seems to work, however my myopia is not as severe as yours.In any case, you will be thrilled with the difference !
