The 3mm material on the back is reasonably warm in 70 o F water. The 2mm finger tips give a good feel for the camera and strobe controls. The fine texture of the material on the palm side gives a good grip.

These gloves fit extremely well with a rubber cuff that fits under a wetsuit sleeve. This make them warmer than most 3/2 gloves due to water movement being reduced. They have a nice non-slip material on the palms that doesn't hinder flexibility and they have stood up to wreck diving use. Worth twice the asking price.

Good glove for warm, open water diving. Fit was perfect and wrist seals worked well with Mares Reef 2.5 mm wetsuit. Protected my hands and kept them warm for tropical dives in Indonesia. I have relatively small hands and the medium fit perfectly. Allows good dexterity even with glove on.
