CHRISTOPHER F You generally want your fins to be slightly smaller than your metric shoe size, because tighter is better (but you still need circulation in your feet). For example, I wear a size 11.5 US men's shoe (44-45 European) but have 42-43 fins, and I wear fin boots. I would buy the small (36-37) fins if I were you. Also, if you have hard sole boots, they will not fit comfortably in these full foot fins, and you'll probably want to buy soft soled fin boots for about $8-12.
Jack A What size should I order I have a mans size 13 shoe?
RICHARD G Jack, the fin sizes always run large compared to a normal shoe size so the 11-12 would be big enough. What I don't know is if they might still be too big. Sorry I can't be more exact.
I wear size 11 - 11.5 men's shoes and I am kicking 8-9 Quattro Pros now with a thin neoprene booty.

ABEY V Your probably wearing the wrong size for your feet because I never had that happen to me before and I don't use these fins that often because I own other fins the Gara 3000 LD which I use for spear fishing most of the time.

GLENN W Kim I wear a size 10 men?s shoe. I bought a size large 8-9 Mares Plana Avanti Full Foot Fins. In a full foot fin it needs to fit very snug like a tight glove. If not, when you are in the water the fin will fit too loose. This will drastically reduce your control and your power output of the fins. I hope that this helps you.
