I use it as a smaller version of my super nova for lighting up smaller lobster holes. It has the same even white artifact free wide beam as the super nova. I got it as a back up and it's much easier to retrieve and re-insert into my BC pocket.

Used for night flounder gigging. Last up to 4 hours. Very dependable. Gives out all the light you need.

I have used several lights and this is one of the best, for sure the smallest. The led light is fantastic for bringing out the colors at night and helping with night photography. This light is good enough to be a primary. The only downside is the battery isn't rechargeable. My buddy and I have both attached our lights to our BCD webbing. The holster only velcros shut though, so we also caribiner the loop handle to our bcds during day dives in case the velcro comes undone on the holster (my buddies has twice).

This is a great compact light that offers a big bright bang for a low price. Great primary light for tavel and rec use.
