NOEMIE L As for fit, my measurements are those of a size 6 (Sm), but I am shorter than the size chart says (I'm 5'2" compared to a size 6's 5'5" to 5'7"). It fit just fine, though it probably could have been shorter in the girth. It did not seem to effect the performance of the suit. As for usage, I used mine in an indoor pool that was even warmer than that (I think around 85F). Because the ambient air temp was in the mid 70's, I would get over-chilled. Once I started using the suit, I was much more comfortable and was no longer shaking and numb by the time I got out. Note that I was mostly standing around teaching young ones to swim. If you are physically active in the water in this suit, 85deg water would probably overheat you. But in 76deg water it would be fine. Many recommend, and I'd agree, to rinse the suit after using it in an indoor pool to minimize the damage from chlorine.
