my shoe size is 9-9.5 and size 8 fits me perfectly. May not be great for peaople with big calf muscles. The sole is thick and has a good feel to the arch support. Kept my feet warm all the time in 50's water, not a lot of water movement. A very good shoe.

Did 2 dives with these boots on Wednesday. By the second dive my back heels just below the ankle were red and sore. At the end of the 2nd dive, both heels were punctured due to the boots, and were bleeding. I looked inside the boots and found a hard seam that was sharp to the touch. This defect was in both boots. It's now Friday, and my feet are killing me, and the cuts/punctures are just now healing. Will attempt to return these.

I've always (14 yrs) been a warm water diver with no desire to be in water cold enough to wear boots and open heel fins but desperate times call for desperate measures. I got these to dive a local,cold lake and am pleased to say that my feet did not even begin to get cold. [...]

Bought them as a back up and while doing pool work. Does the job!
