I prefer not to wear a full hood so this cap is perfect, easy on and off without the restriction feeling. Biggest con is that is is hard to size, sizing runs very small so order 2 sizes larger then you would think.

I tried this hood because every one I have tried feels too small. The Velcro strap seemed too long, yet the top seemed tight.
Maybe it is just my coconut, because I gave this to another diver and they like it.

Use in cold water- great when doing multiples dives and do not want to wear a hood.

The fit is very comfortable. It kept me warm for every dive. It kept my hair from creeping under my mask and causing leaks. I truely love it and will not do repetative warm water dives without it. I ordered it days before we left, the small was too small,I called Leisure pro and they got a medium sent to me in time for my trip at no extra charge. You guys are great! I wear a small henderson 7 mm hood, but needed this in a medium.
