I used this vest over a 3mm wetsuit in Roatan. Did many dives per day. It made the world of difference in comfort level.

great item to have in the Caribbean

For diving in warm water (i.e. Caribbean, say 82 deg F), this is wonderful. So much simpler than messing with a full wetsuit, but still keeps you plenty warm throughout the dive. Night dives too. If a tee shirt and bathing suit isn't enough to stay warm, this will do the trick.

I used this for a week in the bahamas and never used my full suit. Easy to put on even if the boat is rocking and I was never cold.
