I use this on my colder dives. I have a narrow foot and they do not come in various widths, so I wear socks to take up the room in them. This keeps the water from sloshing around.
Besides being warm these boots have a heavy sole so that when I need to walk on rocky terrain with all my gear on, the sharp rocks do not hurt the soles of my feet.

These boots are really nice. My feet wear 7 to 7-1/2 size shoes. Size six fits fine but I have some extra room -- perhaps my feet are too skinny but I wear medium width. Size five was definitely too small. So I marked it as being a half size too large. (I wish we could get boots in half sizes just like shoes.) But that was no problem on my recent Bonaire trip. The soles are nice and sturdy -- what you need for shore diving. I will also be using them for cold water diving. There is room for a 1mm sock inside. Great boot.

Flat, hard sole makes this an excellent choice for beach or rocky shore entries. Good traction but still comfortable in the fin pocket and in the water.
Usual Henderson excellent construction and build quality.

Originaly ordered size 11 as my normal shoe size is 10 1/2. Had to exchange for size 12 which fits just right.
