    Best Mask ever!

I use Johnson's Baby Shampoo and have never had a fogging problem!! I've used all of the other defoggers and they never worked!

Needs a good cleaning once received or it will fog easily. After scrubbing lens from internal side it fogs no more. The only problem with this mask is its bad strap. It is too thin and too soft. You cannot adjust it tightly, soft small teeth cannot hold grip. Soft thin rubber stretches too well and cannot hold the mask consistently well pressed to a face, it leaks then. Had to buy a generic strap, works like a charm now. Otherwise it is not a bad mask.

Comments about Hollis Gear Hollis M1 Frameless Mask:

I have used this mask on about 20 dives and I really like it. The skirt is soft and the lens is awesome. It leaks a little bit because of my weird face but some of my friends have used it and it fit them perfectly. My old mask was a TUSA liberator. That one fit perfectly but I much prefer the Hollis mask. I probably will get a different mask for cold water diving because I don't mind a few drips of water under my mask in warm water but want to use a tighter mask in cold water.

The mask fogs a little if you don't use anti-fog gel but I think that is normal for most masks.

Comments about Hollis Gear Hollis M1 Frameless Mask:

Mask is noticeably clearer than any other mask I've used to date. The fit is great too. To those who say the mask strap ratchets are too soft format tight fit...you're clearly tightening the mask way to tight on your face. It takes just a light fit and then the water pressure does the rest! No leaking in this mask....not even one drop a 110 ft. Very impressed.

Comments about Hollis Gear Hollis M1 Frameless Mask:

Finding a good diving mask was a very important issue for me, I've tried several models of different makes some very good and others very poor.
When I found this mask Leisurepro struck me, is expensive, but it was a very good price compared to other stores, I bought and I do not regret anything. Worth every dollar spent on it.
The Hollis M1 is excellent, the clarity of tempered glass is exceptional, the fit is perfect which does not allow entry of water, has very good viewing angle and is not common that it forms fog, before each dive I put a fog droplets and is sufficient to have a clear and clean glass throughout the dive.
A few months ago I had a major emergency in the Pacific product of shock waves or currents of two so strong that at 30 feet depth of water that shot I wanted to tear off the mask twice while I was spinning like a top, it was like being inside of a washing machine. In the midst of this emergency it was very easy to empty the mask of water which entered greatly facilitated me to stay calm and get out of the emergency with my two dive buddies, we can tell.
What more can you ask this diving mask ...!

I had heard comments about fogging but most will when direct from the factory. After cleaning with toothpaste on the inside I had no issues what so ever on repetitive dives.

This mask has given me the best seal of almost all my previous masks, if not the best. Used for scuba and snorkeling.
