The GOOD: I've only used it twice (4 dives) and it truly delivers air effortlessly. You don't feel the tension from a rigid hose with the max flex; it's practically un-noticeable. Easy to purge and adjust with a nice sized purge valve and adjustment knobs w/Venturi switch. Turret is awesome!!! 5th port allows for greater hose routing.

The BAD:On the deep dive (120ft) in warm water, it perform great, but on the shallow dive, the 2nd stage hissed like a dull whistle when inhaling. I had to adjust the Venturi and flow valve to make it stop. It didn't affect performance, but got irritating after a while. I was finally able to make it stop, but had to control my breathing as well. This hissing was confirmed on 2 other shallow water dives. You have to keep adjusting the valves to make it stop.

I had issues with reg on first dive. It was noisy and sounded like a machine running. It was sent into Hollis for repair and on first dive after complete overhaul by Hollis it began whitling so loud that I had to use my back-up reg instead. The reg itself is a complete disappointment and a big waste of time and money.
