Shopper Is this compatible with a Scubapro first stage and dive rite power inflator? Thanks!
AL W no. i have one of these and it works good, it is just hard to fit it to the BC. it is rather awkward. it does free you from one more hose, a plus in my book. i ended up putting it on my kids BC, and got an air II for me. not bad for the price, though.
JASON P yes, i have mine on a scubapro reg. i believe it will fit on a dive rite. You may want to ask leisure pro before buying though. Its a great setup. I have a couple of these after trying it . Everything is streamlined.
URBAN G I'm not sure really. I think I'm unclear regarding the question actually. Insofar as i know, most all inflators are compatible with a first stage because of the universal attachment. Likewise, all second stage octopi are compatible with a first stage because of the manner in which they attach. The issue is having these communicate with the corrugated tubing on your BC. I could be wrong here, again- as I may be misinterpreting your question. Sorry I can't be of better assistance.
TIMOTHY M It uses the same quick connect style connection so there should be no problem using the genesis side kick with your inflator. As for your first stage I would assume it uses the same universal low pressure hose connection a majority of the manufactures utilize.
DEAN B I have Oceanic first stage with Genesis BC. All fittings should be standard. Have used it on many dives in south pacific/carribean works great. Have one on wife's BC as well (Cressi). Like low profile, and one less hose dragging.
