Rich G My high pressure gauge hose has cracks in It near the first stage connection, how does the hose disconnect from the gauge console for hose replacement?
THOMAS P Grasp the hose at the base of the console with one hand, and using your thumb from the same hand put pressure on the back side of the pressure guage. Take your other hand and push on the compass/ depth guage face and try to bend the console back over your thumb. This should force the pressure guage to come out of the console housing. once it pops out, slide the hose into the housing pushing the guage clear of the console.
Take two 9/16" wrenches and remove the hose at the swivel, the pull the hose out of the console and replace. Inspect the orings on the pivot pin and lubricate them before assembly.
DAVE G Mine is relatively new, so I have not needed to explore how to remove it. I will take a look and let you know if I can figure it out.
RONALD P This is one of those things that should be replaced when needed, By a qualified repair facility when you are getting your regulators yearly maintenance preformed. Your life depends on it. Or go to your local Dive Shop and take a Scuba Maintenance Instruction Class.
ERIC L Don't ask Leisure Pro, take it to a local dive shop. They don't stand behind their products.
