Mark D The tray fits any housing with a standard tripod screw (nut) in the bottom. The trouble I had was with the adhesive pad for fiber optic flash cable. It reqires a smooth, flat surface and did not work well with the rubberized SeaLife housing. If your housing has a 1x1/2 inch smooth area in front of the camera's built-in flash it should work fine.
