Comments about Padi Peak Performance Buoyancy Diver - DVD:
In my previous review I mentioned that while the DVD is a waste of time and money, the Peak Performance "book" is worthwhile. I do not believe that there is a Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty Book. What I meant to say is that the Peak Performance Buoyancy section of the "PADI Adventures in Diving Manual" is all you need.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Completely worthless, No information
Peak Performance Buoyancy is IMHO the first and most important specialty that a new diver needs to take. It is a skill that you will practice every dive of your life. While it cannot be learned from a book, there is a lot of useful information in the Peak Performance Buoyancy book. The DVD on the other hand is totally worthless and contains no real added value. Save your money.
NO I would not advise anyone to purchace
