miyuki s Are the holes on the inside of the hood supposed to line up with the vent on the outside?

HELEN J I just checked mine (which I bought years ago) and the holes don't match up so I'm guessing that's part of the design rather than a flaw. This hood has worked well for me.

JASON H Yes there are holes corresponding to the vent. The vent in the top of the hood is sufficient to release any air bubbles that may accumulate as a result of clearing one's mask.

Guy B They are not supposed to line up. They are there to let trapped air out while not allowing cold water in.

Debbie T My head diameter measures 21.75. would a small or a medium be better for me?

GABRIELA L Hi Debbie,my head measures 21,5" and small size was too tight for me,so I had to return it. Not sure if you are suppose to cut the opening bigger,maybe? I didn't thinks so,or didn't know,so I just returned it. And no,I didn't order bigger size. Hope it helps. Gabi

JASON H Circumference of head or neck? Anyway... My head is 24" and my neck is 18". I got the 2XL. It fits well and has held up in mint condition for the past 3 years (although I've only used it on 5 or 6 dives).

Shopper What size should I order in the Camaro hood?

LeisurePro S Hoods are always difficult to size. One guide you can go by is wet suit size, ie. XL suit = XL hood. Or you can get a rough estimate from your hat size. XS = 6.5" hat size, S = 6 7/8" Hat size, M = 7 1/8" hat size, L = 7.25" Hat Size, XL = 7.5" hat size.

LeisurePro S Camaro does not put out a reference. If you send me the circumference of your head starting at your forehead I will tell you what size.

This is my first hood and I like it. I tried diving here in S. CA once without a hood and will never do it again. This hood fits me well and I will continue to dive with it.

hard to imagine a better hood. i was going to get the Camaro seamless hood but my size was unavailable. so i got this one and am very happy with it. i trimmed the face hole so that it fits snugly around my mask and snorkel. my head is pretty big, 24 inches around. i got the extra large and it fits very well. i like Camaro. i bought the seamless gloves too and i am very happy with both the Camaro products.
