Shopper Is the "Merino" lining actually Merino wool? Wool is non-vegan, so it's important to know.
JOHN B I don't know the answer to that but I can tell you I just wore my suit diving in Cozumel and the dive guide had the same suit and loved it. Additionally, I had several favorable comments on the suit by fellow divers. Even Cozumel this time of year can be a bit cool and that suit worked great. When you first get the suit, it may be a bit uncomfortable and tight since it needs a little wear to get flexible and some stretch in it. Once you have it, you will love it!
Cheers,

RON K The lining absolutely doesn't feel or look like wool - it's like a flat liner that's bonded onto the neoprene. It's supposedly made from Merino wool, but as for vegan, wool is sheared off - no animal is harmed to get wool. I won't be using the wetsuit until the end of February, but it seems to be constructed very well (better and snugger than my previous Henderson titanium hyperstretch). I'm hoping this suit will keep me warm in 72 degree water temps (my Henderson didn't).
