Chuck P Mine was made before 2010 and works fine. It only works with the white face computer.

K T Search for "GDK400" on google and look for a PDF file on an akona site. It suggests that models with a white face use the GDK400 cable but if you have an older model with a gray face you need the 3900DR cable. Hope this helps.

K T I purchased both the cable and the dive computer from Leisure Pro. Initially, I though it was something wrong with the cable; however, there is a place in the software that allow you to pick the type of dive computer that you have. As it turned out, I had selected the wrong kind. I had to select WHITE to get it to work. I think that "white" is a reference to the color of the ring surrounding the LCD where symbols are printed. It has nothing to do with the color of the plastic casing.

JOHN L First, make sure you have the proper cable, second, it's a very poor connection. It takes several attempts to to get a proper connection. Any little movement on the part of the cable or computer, disconnects them.
