About Me Advanced
This is a great product for buddy-identification in low light situations (night diving, wreck diving, deep dives, etc). I went with the blue lights, and have been very glad that I did. The people I dive with all seem to have the red ones, so if my buddy and I are the only blues in sight it's easy to keep track of each other.
These beacons really shine!

Used as tank marker beacon on a night dive in Cozumel, worked great for locating your buddy, good visibility in the water at night, reusable, and water activated!

Great little water activated strobe

These are great little water activated strobes. I have used them on several dives. Low vis? - strap em on - Night? - strap em on. Four colors makes them very versatile. One con - if you can call it that - is that the batteries are not replaceable - but they last over 200 hours - so who cares!? Inexpensive and the integrated velcro strap makes it simple to attach to BC, upline, whatever you need. highly recommended!
Pretty cool!

OK, I just got this thing (the blue one), but it's pretty slick. The description didn't mention that they glow in the dark, so that's an extra bonus! Construction seems ok so far. It turns on when the little nodes get wet and blinks pretty brightly. It turns off within a blink or two after pulling it from the water. However, I'm not sure how long the batteries last, and I haven't quite determined if they are replacable or if you're expected to toss this thing once it's dead. I'll disect it once it dies.
