JUSTIN V I don't believe so. After looking at mine it looks as though you can get the straps off with a bit of effort but what lies underneath them does not look like it would work with any of the grommet systems I've seen. That being said, this knife is far smaller when strapped to my leg than some of the others I've owned and the case/straps have a very unique design that I like. They twist off where they touch the sheath and are extremely convenient to get on and off as well as having a piece to keep the extra strap length from flapping about. Very nice locking mechanism as well.
