This gun is perfect for the hunting that i do. It is very accurate and has just enough power. I purchased the 82 cm model and on my first day of using it i have killed more fish than i have ever before. I also can reload it pretty fast for a banded speargun. Great gun for the money. I wouldn't recomend this gun for open water or large fish unless you buy a new shaft. I havn't shot anything very large yet with it but the shaft seems flimsy.

This is a powerful, cheap, deadly accurate Euro gun classic. The integral guide and smooth crisp trigger make it laser-like accurate.

I have 6 spearguns, and hunt from the shore over a rocky bottom 6 to 8 times a month: this is the gun that gets most use.

The only critisim is the noise: the metal wishbone against the metal rail is noisy. The spear also make a "wooshing" sound as it travels through the metal guide. Get a dyneema wishbone and thats half the problem sorted.

The rubbers are Omers 18mm "power" version and optimal. Any average sized male should be able to load it in the water, forget out (shouldn't be trying).

Good hunting, and don't do it on scuba. Spearfishing is ONLY done on breathold...

this speargun is just ok the line system is poor. the line has to be run down the shaft through the closed muzzle. accuracy is impacted when the line leaves the muzzle. i did not like that at all i opened up the muzzle and switched to mono. the wishbone is really noisy to load and the bands are really hard to pull, this makes for a hard shot but is almost ridiculous how hard they are to pull. im switching to circular bands and nylon wishbone. im keeping this gun but shop around i wouldnt recommend this gun.
