As a diver who uses a backplate set up, I prefer not to use integrated weights. This belt is a the standard basic weight belt, perfect for diving with my X-Tek system. It's long enough to trim it down, leaving customizeable to your waist size. The metal buck is sturdy and hasn't failed me yet.

Overall, it's exactly what I need and I'm very happy with it.
