Excellent marker and fast drying. Best on solid surfaces, but works on light colored fabric as well. I use it in conjunction with U-Mark It Gear Marking Paint which is brightly colored and is a rubbery marking paint ideal for any colored fabric.

So far so good. Did a few dives in a highly chlorinated pool after marking my gear, and it seemed to hold up.
