Questions about this item:
Shopper will these dit on the edge expedition fins?
NEIL S don't know. I put them on Apollo bio fins I bought back in 2000ish. check out the pics. If you can remove the buckle from your fins and have a round "nub" that the buckle attaches to, they should fit. But if they don't, it just costs you a few buck shipping to return them.
Thanh D Will these fit TUSA Liberator X-Ten Dive Fins? SKU: TBTF50
RICHARD K I love mine. They fit my mares quatros. I think they will fit any fin with the "disk on a post" at
tachment configuration.
TRAVIS V Liberator fins have a typical (nothing fancy) strap buckle, so these should be interchangeable. FYI- I wear a size 9.5 USA shoe and the Med size spring strap was the best fit.
LEE LING E Not sure but they fit both my TUSA Xpert zooms and Apollo bio fins. These spring straps make donning your fins absolutely a breeze. Would not go back to traditional straps.
Shopper Do these work with Tusa X-Pert Zoom Z3 fins?
RICHARD Z They worked fine on my expert zooms
PETER D I bought these for Apollo Split fins and they fit just fine - I believe that the Tusa fins also have the standard fin "lug" that the straps attach to. If in between sizes - I recommend you go for shorter rather than longer as there is no adjustment.
Brooke N I use two different boots with my fins. In the warmer months 3mm and then 7mm in the colder months, so boots are different sizes. Does this mean these straps or spring straps in general won't work for me?
ROBERT P I've used the EZ Spring Fin Strap for some years now & have never had a problem with them. They hold tight and are very convenient. They work will with either my full dry suit or with my boots.
MARY L I use my straps with all of my boots. They are springs so they stretch.
WILLIAM F I can't say with certainty, but my guess would be that the springs would stretch enough to work with both boots. You might try to put on each boot and take a measurement to see how much difference there is to get a better idea if the springs would stretch.
Hope this helps.
JAMES H I use them summer or winter. Very versitile. I wouldn't use anything else
PAUL M I use a 3mm NRS ATB boot in the summer, and a Seasoft 5mm boot in colder water enviroments. These spring straps work well with both pair of boots I have.
ASHLEY S Switching between 3mm & 7 mm shouldn't matter. I bought the wrong size at first... For me, the correct size of fin strap was ONE SIZE SMALLER than the size of the fins. This was true of multiple brands of fins I have.
JUSTIN P The spring straps can accommodate varying boot thicknesses easily. The only issue you could run into is if they are too big to start with. My wife has small feet and the spring strap is too large to securely hold her foot (I think she is a size 6 or 7). In my case, they worked great and I highly recommend them.
RUSSELL T they are so called for this very reason. The spring maintains constant tension for a range of sizes. So yes, you can use either boot with the straps. The fitment problem would be, do your two types of boots fit the foot pocket of your fins? If so, then, no problem.
Brooke N I was thinking because my boots stick out at different lengths that it might pose a problem. I should probably get the springs that fit best for the boots I use the majority of the time (3mm) and then hopefully they'd work for my thicker boots too?
Kay P Has anyone used these on SeaQuest Thruster fins?
Thanks
kay
RANDY K If the Seaquest fins have a "standard button" onto which straps are fastened then they should work. My are installed on Mares Plana Avanti fins.
Kay P Thanks! I'm ordering some!!
Kay
ROBERT M I have not used them on SeaQuest fins. I have used them on ScubaPro and Apollo Biofins and have been very satisfied with them. They are much easier to put on and take off, especially in the water, than standard straps.
Bob Morrison
JOHN T I purchased these and have over 100 dives on them. And they haven't failed me yet. However, the little pull-loop did tear out on one strap. I love'em as do all my dive buddies that use them. I'll probably never go back to the 'manufacturer provided' fin straps.
Shopper work for scubapro jet fin?
MARCO A Yes, I have them on mine.
BOB R They are universal unless your fins are special in some sort of way. I've used them on several different brands of fins and they work on all.
Shopper Will these fit Cressi Reaction Open Heel fins?
Thanks!
Shopper would these fit with the scubapro seawing nova?
FRANK H I can't answer that. Unfortunately I purchased these to go on an old pair of Beauchat (sp?) fins and they DID NOT WORK. They simply didn't stay on the fins. Maybe you would have better luck but I can't help sorry.
Shopper Hi,
Will these fit Cressi Rondine fins ???
Cheers
WILLIAM F Don't know. I put mine on Dacor Fins.
GARY M S I have he Mares fins and not the Cressi. I do know at y wife has scuba pro fins and they both have the same size clips if that helps you
BRIAN H Can't answer that one. I use them on my Mares Volos and they work pretty well. I like the little rubber finger loop - a lot easier to snag and remove when bouncing around the back of a boat hanging onto the ladder.
So see if your fins use the same strap attachment as the Volo.
John B I really couldn't say since, I don't own the Cressi.
Sorry.
Ken M Will these work with oceanic vipers fins?
DUSTAN B I'm not familiar with the Oceanic viper fins that you mentioned. However, the clips didn't fit my fins, so I just took them off and added the springs to the clips off my fins. If you are just a little bit handy with tools it shouldn't be a hard job. This is, of course, if the clips don't fit your fins.
BOB R Yes. They will fit any standard fin, the clip in-ends are universal.
THOMAS B I bought these straps and have used them on both my Cressi and Scuba Pro fins. To me they are a universal fin strap and should fit on most types of fins. Easy on and off and work as intended. If your fins have the standard round on 2 sides and flat on the other 2 sides style, these should work as intended. Check your fins to see if you can swivel the strap 90 degress and remove by pulling straight out to view sides of fin. God luck. You can always return.
RANDY K I would guess yes they will if the fin post is nonproprietary. Mine fit onto my Mares Plana Avanti fins with a little encouragement. They are a tremendous enhancement to these fins. Bottom line, Leisure Pro will refund your $$ if they don't....just costs you shipping.
NATHAN M Sorry....I don't know the answer
Harry W I have atomic split fins, will these fit my fins?
NEIL S I put them on two sets of Apollo Bio-fins. I think all modern upscale fins have the same type of coupler, so you sould have no problem.
ROBERT D They worked with slight modification on my Volo's...
Noah W do these fit the mares avanti quatro fins?
JACQUELINE B I got them for my Mares Volo Power fins, and they fit great. I did have a use a paring knife and cut off a little tab where it connects to the fin, but no big deal. The Spring straps work great, I love how easy it is to get my fins on and off now!
Matt W Will this strap fit on the Cressi Frog plus fins? Do I have to remove the buckles and install these ones or will it fit in the female adapter? Thanks.
KWOK L yes, you have to remove the female adapter before install the strap.
MARY L They work great on Mares Volo and Aeris Velosity XP, but I had to remove the buckles on both.
Peu G I have a mares plana avanti x3 fins and I had a blue reef spring (SKU: BLREZP) large size, but the spring broke with less than one year of use. I'm really disappointed with this brand.
I would like to know if EZ Spring Fin Strap fits to my fins. If yes, what size do I need?
Thanks
ERIC W Put your boot into your fin and measure from center of the pin to center of the other pin and get the size smaller then your measurement. Im not sure if they will fit your fin. Maybe someone else can help you out with that one...
LEANNE F I don't know exactly what your fins look like, but I use mine on my Apollo Bio-fins that have the button on the side. My fins are size large and the straps I believe I bought were large as well and ok fine. I am a dry suit diver in Monterey and use these over "rock boots". I have had these since 2006. ??
KEVIN M If your fins have the standard strap attachment pegs on the side they will fit. I bought mine a size smaller than what I needed. I used medium on a large fin. The large springs were not tight enough for my liking. Buy the mediums, if they are too small LP will swap you the right size for free.
Shopper SM 6", MD 7", LR 8", XL 9" - are these measurements right? I measured pin to pin, and for me it's 10.5 inches. I subtract 1.5 and that puts me at 9 inches. This means I should order an XL?? On the comments here I've read people with longer measurements getting the L or M and that working for them. Please advise what size I should get if my pin to pin measurement is 10.5 inches. Thanks.
RICHARD A My large measure 13.5 from pin to pin, if by pin to pin you mean the pins on the fins. In your case, I would recommend a small and keep in mind that Leisurepro has an excellent return policy.
Shopper I wear an Oceanic Small, should I get a small size here as well?
JEFF M They fit snug, so maybe a medium. The staff at Liesure Pro are better suited to answer specific questions
MARILYN D I would not waste my money. Mine broke the first trip and I had to send them back.
BOB R Might want to go one size larger. They are very flexible. Mine were a bit tight and I pulled through the rear loop. Due to the lifetime warranty they were replaced with no hassle.
Leisure Pro is very easy to deal with on returns, so maybe order two sizes and return the one that doesn't fit as well. Also, please consult the size chart on thier site.
Size Chart
Shoe Size X-Small Small Regular X-Large
Mens 5-7 7-9 9-11 11-12
Womens 7-9 9-11 11-13
For sizing purposes; If you wear a boot with a hard sole, add one size to your regular shoe size.
These are general guidelines only, sizes are not guaranteed. But no worries, since at Leisurepro we offer our exclusive PFF Guaranty
MIKE K Hi I bought the small and the med for my wife and daughter both wear size small fins but one wears size 6 and one wears size 7 and the two sizes worked fine for them. PS they both wear booties as well.
EUGENE W If I were you I would get the small size. Originally, I ordered the large size and had to send it back to exchange it for the medium size. I hope this helped. By the way, This one of the better dive purchases I have made!
ERIC W Place your boot into your fin. Measure from one pin around your boot to the other connecting pin on your fin. Order a fin strap size the same size or one smaller then your measurement. Its best to be a little tighter then loose.
DOMINIC P Hello, my wfe uses the small and loves this product. So order the small. But I bought her a set of summer easy on soft boots and with the soft soul it was to loose. So you need to wear a boot that has a hard shoe like soul. Good luck
Alexandre F Hi, I have Aqualung Express Adjustable Fins Regular and I can use this Spring Fin Strap ? Thanks
DEBORAH C If you have the standard click in type of straps, these straps can be used. I have the Apollo Split Fins and have no problem using these straps. They made getting in and out of my fins a whole lot easier.
ERIK K You should have no problems using this strap. Just make sure you get the correct measurements and follow the recommendations for strap size. Happy Diving.

RON G The spring straps can be used on any open heal fin with lugs. The ease of doning, and undoning your fins id great!
Shopper Does this fit the scubapro jet sport fins?
DON S Not totally sure but I have put them on my appollos and on other scuba pro finhey wills before, most likely they will
ROBERT C I don't think so. Or turtle fins
ROBERT D i used mine on a pair of volo's
DAVID S I have Aqua lung fins so I have no idea about the scuba pro fins. I would call LeisurePro with that question. These are a great product but I would caution you to make sure they fit just right as they are NOT adjustable in length.
JEFF M I am not sure, they fit most fins. The folks at Leisure are the ones that told me who h fins I could retrofit. I put them on Aerial finsl
RONI K I'm not familar with Scubapro Jet Sport Fins. The EZ Spring Fin Straps fit any fins with a standard buckle. I use them for year - highly recommended.
Debra N No not the classic jet fins, I meant the new jet sport fins (comes in red, blue, black) which uses quick release buckles.
Any idea if these straps will fit?
JAMES L ScubaPro Jets (you did mean classic Jet Fins didn't you?) need the older wire/pin style strap ends. EZ Spring Grip-Tight will work with them, OMS Slipstreams and such.
Shelley R What size should I order for the Apollo Bio Fin Pro Mediums?
MARY L Shelly,
The size of the EZ spring all depends on the size of your boots in your fins
I bought the small and medium EZ springs and tried them on with my boots and fins. For example, my boots are size 8 and Mares fines are medium 7 to 9,
Medium fits well. I wish the EZ sponge had a measurement in inches as recommendation for the correct size of spring and boot.
Good luck. The EZ spring is one the best investments I have made.
Mary
RICHARD Z Put the fin on your foot then measure from stud to stud and subtract about 1 1/2"
ERIC W Place your boots into your fins and measure from the center of the pin to the center of the pin on the other side and get a strap size that is smaller then that measurement.
Shopper Hello.. what size will work with atomic split fins that are large?
DEAN R My boots are size 7 and my fins are medium TUSA xpert zoom.
I love the straps but there is not a lot of "spring" so size is important. For what you describe, I suggest the largest size avaliable. I have found that Leisure Pro is very good and prompt if you need to exchange for another size. Good luck.
CHRIS B Remove your current fin strap and place your foot (with booty) into the fin. Take a tape and measure the distance from the strap attachment post around your heel to the other attachment post. This will indicate the length of spring you need, but be sure not to buy any length that is longer than the measurement.
Since you are using Atomic fins, you should also double-check that these straps or compatible with your fins - because Atomic fins typically use a different-sized strap attachment post.
Good luck and safe diving!
MARY L I bought both small and medium ez springs for my size 9 boots. Small was a little tight. Meduim was a better fit. I would judge by the boot size.
MYSTIC T Medium size straps should work great for you.
DAWN R Back in May, 2010, I purchased a size medium EZ Spring Fin Strap (AQUEZR) for my Scubapro Fin Twin Jet Max Fins which are size small. I guessed at the size I needed. The Spring Fin Strap fits perfectly for me and is a perfect length, easy to get on and off/not too loose (size small Spring Strap would have bee too small). The Straps have lasted well and show no signs of rubber wear or spring rust. For your large fins, you would need a large or even extra large since there is only a 7/8" difference between the large and extra large. You could always order both sizes and return the one that doesn't fit right (that is Strap is hard to stretch on and off or is too loose). Make sure the strap latch that connects to your fin is the correct one - I verified this with LeisurePro by phone because there are different clips on different straps. I am not sure the clip type of your atomic split fins. I hope this helps. But, I am very happy with my Spring Fin Straps and would never go back to the standard fin strap. And the LeisurePro price is great!
JOHN D The snap part of these straps fit all the Atomic fins. The size choice you determine is based on how long the strap needs to be based on having your foot with boot in the pocket. See the below instructions:
How to select your fin Spring Strap
Insert your Dive Boot into your fin pocket with a measuring tape, measure the distance from the Center of one pin, around your boot heel, to the Center of the pin on the other side of the fin. Select the spring strap size that is SHORTER than your measurement by 1/2" to 1 1/2".
So a person with a size 12 boot may have a different length strap then someone using a size 10. The thickness of your boot's neoprene and boot configuration could influence this widely.
Hope that helps.
J
ROBERT B Wish I could help, I bought these springs in a small size ror the Sling Shot fins. So as to fit, I cannot help, however these were the second set I have bought. I wouldn't have a fin without the EZ Spring Strap. They are easy off and on and the stainless springs look new after a few years in salt water. Great product. Hope this helps.

Becky S Hello will these fit Mares Raptor fins? (ladies 7-10 small), I assume that I would need the small size?
CRAIG T If you have the standard round attachment on your Mares fins and I think they are, these should work for you. We bought the small for my wife and it sounds like you wear the same size fins. Once you go to the spring straps you will never go back, I have them on my warm water and my drysuit fins.
LEE A Can not say if they will fit your fins. Snaps are universal. If I recall there
is a good size chart on product. You will not like them If they're too small.
Otherwise a great product. Easy on and off without adjustment.
JEFF M Originally I bought the small size for my wife, but she needed medium for her Aeris fins. The tension is strong, and after 75 dives, the finger loop broke. We like them, but make sure they are the right size. I have Raptor fins and these would connect to my fins.
MARY L Becky,
I bought small for my Volo.
BOB R Hi Becky,
Yes, they should snap right in to replace your original straps.
I've been happy with mine, however recently the pull handle on one pulled through. It's not a big deal since I unbuckle to remove anyway, and putting them on without the pull strap is easy.
ERIK K Becky,
Measure from the center post on each side of your fin around your heel, and then pick the closest match. They should fit the Mares fins, and you'll love the way they work.
MYSTIC T Hi Becky,
These are really great straps. A small size should fit you and your Raptor fins just fine.
Brian
DENISE A D F I do not know if they will fit Mares Raptor fins specifically. They do fit "standard" attachments for fins.
ROBERT C I put them on a pair of limited edition edition excels to replace those goofy quick release dealies. i really like them. I also put a paie on my turtle fins i use for cold water. They should work. They wont work on scuba pros...i know that. I think i got the small one also...i like my fins tight.
-=-rob-=-
KEVIN M The ones I bought I returned. They run a little on the big side. I would order the small ones. LP will take them back if you dont like them. They are a quality item, I did not like the fins i was putting them on.
Shopper Will these fit the Scubapro Twin Jet Max fins?
LeisurePro S Yes, these will fit the Twin Jet Max fins.
Shopper Will these straps work with Oceanic Viper fins?
LeisurePro S Check out these straps for the Vipers.
Shopper When I measure from pin to pin on my fins I get about 15". What size springs would I need?
LeisurePro S I would recommend the large strap.
Shopper Will these fit Sherwood Kinesis fins?
LeisurePro S Sorry, no. Check out the Manta straps for your fins.
Shopper Will these fit on my Deep See Aqua Glide Snorkeling Fins?
LeisurePro S Here are the straps I would recommend for DPSFG.
Shopper Will these fit my Large Scuba Pro Veloce HP's?
LeisurePro S Sorry, these don't fit ScubaPro fins. Check out these Blue Reef straps for your Veloce fins.
Shopper Will these fit the APS Mantaray fins?
LeisurePro S I would recommend these straps for the APS fins.
Shopper Will these fit Aeris Mako XS fins?
LeisurePro S I would recommend these for the best/easier fit.
Shopper I have a pair of blades II flex fins. Will these straps fit?
Shopper I have a pair of Aqualung US Diver's Super Rocket Fins. Will these straps fit and if so, what size should I order? Thanks.
LeisurePro S These should fit your Aqualung fins. I would recommend ordering one size smaller than your fins.
Shopper Will these straps work on Apollo bio-fin pro fins?
LeisurePro S No, I would check out these made specifically for the apollo line.
Shopper Will these fit Cressi Frog fins?
Elizabeth S I have a ten-year old set of Cressi Frogs that have the standard post/buckle arrangement. I've seen earlier in this thread that these straps will work on any fin with that configuration. Can you clarify please, whether these straps will work on my fins, and if not, why not? Thanks!
Shopper My wife and I both have Mares Avanti fins. Post to post around the back of my boot is 13 inches. Post to post on her fins is 12 inches. What sizes of EZ Spring Straps (w/ quick releases) do you recommend for each?
LeisurePro S I know, sizing spring straps can be confusing! Take your post to post measurements, subtract appx. .5 - 1.5 inches and then order that size. So that would translate into a medium for you and a small for your wife.
Shopper Will these work on the new Aqualung Slingshots?
LeisurePro S Yes, will fit the Slingshots.
Shopper Center post to center post measures 12", though my shoe size is 9 and fin size medium. Will "small" be too tight? Am leaning towards ordering medium.
LeisurePro S I would go with the small. The straps have quite a bit of stretch to them, so I don't think they will be too tight since 12 minus a 1/2 inch is 11 1/2 which is in the small range.
Shopper Hi, will these spring straps work on my Cressi pro light fins? Thank you.
LeisurePro S Not for sure. Check out these straps instead.
Shopper Hi, I'm looking to purchase these spring straps. The sizing table in the description seems wrong, I measure just over 16" from post to post around the back of my heel, the measurement you reference in the table is for the spring itself, if you gave a reference of buckle lenghts and such I could work this out, however based on available info how do i do it?
LeisurePro S Subtract 1-2 inches from your post to post measurment and order within that size range. So in your case, I would go with the XL.
Shopper I have a pair of Poseidon Forza L/XL fins. My shoe size is 10 to 11. I measured from the molded attachment pin center on each side of the fin with the shoe or, boot inserted into the fin. I come up with 14.5 to 15.5 depending on the shoe or boot I use. Would this fin spring strap work, and if so what size do you thing would work for me.
LeisurePro S I would with a L. The lengths listed are the length of the strap without the spring expanded, so a L should expand to fit your range of boot sizes.
Shopper will these fit my atomic split fin? and if so, what size should I purchase if my show size is 6.5?
LeisurePro S Atomic Spring Fin Strap SKU: MNTFAS size small
Shopper will theese work on the Tusa Xpert Zoom fins?
LeisurePro S Yes they will fit.
Shopper Will these work with the Oms Slipstream Monoprene Fins?
Shopper My shoes size is 9.5,wich size strap will be my?
Shopper Will these fit my Mares Avanti Quattro fins?
Shopper I'm confused about sizing. My fin strap measures 13" tip to tip and 9" pin to pin. I wear a size 10 shoe and my fins are size L. What size should I order?
LeisurePro S Medium, 12 1/2" should work well.
Shopper I measure the sizing at 14" on a TUSA Liberator Fin. Will these (or any) spring strap work on these fins?
LeisurePro S These should work well.
Shopper hi, is that spring (AQUEZR) compatible with the MARES X3 ?
Shopper do these straps come as a pair? or do they come induvidually?
LeisurePro S It comes in Pairs
Shopper Hi, will these fit my Oceanic Vortex V12 Split fin? http://www.leisurepro.com/Prod/CategoryID_956/Context_954/Sort_Stock/DescSort_0/Filter_1%3d308/OCNFV12.html?Hit=1 Or should I perhaps buy these? http://www.leisurepro.com/Catalog.aspx?op=ItemDisplay&ProductID=AQUEZP
LeisurePro S Yes they will fit perfectly.
