MARY G I do not know what the manufacturer lists as the weights, but my husband is 225 lbs and it works fine for him, we ordered the large.

KENNETH R The large size is rated for above 154 lbs. There is no maximum weight indicated. The fully inflated vest provides 13 lbs of bouyancy, which is quite a bit for an individual in the water.

SCOTT R I weigh 260 lbs and the vest had no problem keeping afloat in lake water. I'm figuring for me the vest will need only a small amount of inflation in salt water.

MARY G They are very light weight. The Valve for inflation does not let any water in. the straps adjust easily, the zipper pocket is wonderful for the camera. The fabric is tougher than the commercial ones they make you wear. We were very pleased with them.
