VR Power-Disc is designed for use with the VR Dumbbell (see SKU: ASRVRD) to give you a great upper body workout. The dumbbells can be configured with additional numbers of discs to increase the buoyancy strength for more difficult levels of upper body workouts. VR Discs have Soft Rounded Edges that won't Chaff. Discs are made from Non-Water Logging EVA Foam that is Chlorine Resistant and dries quickly, so when your workout is done you won't need to worry about all your other gear getting wet.
