Lightweight, flexible neoprene construction creates the right amount of resistance to give the young swimmer the ability to begin the process of proper kick technique without the stiffness of a more ridged traditional fin. Fin utilizes an easy to adjust Velcro Closure to make fin easy to put on and take off.
