Shopper I'd like to use this suit for kayak fishing. Is there enough mobility in the shoulders elbows and knees for this activity?
JAMES K Hello, the dry suit undergarment provides plenty of movement provided you get the right size. Bare was very helpful in getting me fit into the correct suit. The undergarment does not provide any moisture protection, but would assume you would use an outer garment for water barrier. Don't hesitate to talk to Bare customer service. Hope this helps.
BRIAN D Yes, its basically like wearing a jumpsuit. Its warm yet fully mobile. I have put it on just to go outside before, though Im certain I look somewhat ridiculous as its got several places that have additional elastic in order to keep it fitting nice and snug. I am VERY happy with my purchase.
PHILIP M I can only answer your question by analogy to my sport. I have used this thermal underwear for tech deep diving ,cave, and ice diving, cleaning off underwater platforms, tying off and anchoring buoys, during which I have contorted myself into every possible position. I have not had any problems with binding or restriction of physical movement. Judging from my experience, I doubt that you will have any problems, either. I hope this is helpful

BRAD W Runs short from waist to shoulders. I think I would buy size up IF near either side of sizing.
MATTHEW C This suit has the mobility of a running or jogging suit, but it would also depend on what you wear it under. Breathes well and is warm. I wear this wreck diving under a Bare CD4 DRYSUIT. Plenty of mobility in the shoulders and knees. I often wear it around the dive boat without the dry suit between dives to work the boat and stay warm.
GIANNI C Hi, i have used it only for SCUBA diving but in my opinion it will also work for kayak fishing as long as the undergarment is not too tight on you.
