I did ALOT of research on different gear bags before purchasing this dive gear bag. I'm extremely satisfied with this bag. I'm 6'2" and I have no problem with not being able to reach the handle to pull the bag behind me. Other reveiws claim that it's hard to reach the handle and that it bangs into the back of your legs when you pull it. Thing about it is, half the people have no common sense as to figure out how to get it not to bump into the back of their legs. All around, I love this bag and my dive intructor also swears by this bag and he's on his 2nd one. Quality is better than XS Scuba's bag...

I have had this bag now going on 3 years and have about 450 dives on it. It has traveled internationally via ship, in pickup trucks and in the belly of aircraft.

It has been drug around, beat-up, thrown and stuff stacked up on top of it.

So in my comment about durability please take that with the above in mind.

The wheels have been great, the handle works just fine and the zipper has never given me a problem.

I like this bag better than the XS Scuba bag that is similar. It has a bit more shape and makes it easier to use.

Many of my students see this bag and order one for themselves.

After neurotically researching every single mesh dive bag with rollers on the entire internet I decided on this bag. I normally go with the product that has the highest ratings and # of reviews since buying sight unseen can be difficult on the internet. Despite the lack of reviews on this product I purchased this more due to the excellent customer service that is evident with Armor products (on [...]). Akona and XS were my other considerations but they just don't seem to stand behind their products like Armor does and I'm pretty sure this bag will last much longer than those brands after reading about people's experiences. This bag is extra heavy duty, the wheels are very well constructed and the extra dry bag insert is an added bonus that I've used with every dive. I'm 5'2" and the bag does not hit my legs - it fits absolutely everything I need to bring with me to go diving in one bag. No complaints! A good picture of the dry bag insert would be helpful however.Thanks!

I use this bag regularly, at least once a week for several months now: To practice pool sessions, to the rocky shoreline, beach, on a dive boat, on a plane.

This bag fit: 7mm wetsuit; 6mm hooded vest; 6.5mm booties; mask; snorkel; fins; weight belt with 28 pounds; Diva BC, Akona regulator bag with: regulator, octopus, ProPlus2 computer console; knife; surveying gear: slate, caliper, 30m transect; 2 towels, swimsuit.
With the exception of the regulators and computer, I checked all this stuff into baggage claim for a plane ride and it handled just fine.

Wheels work fine so far. Sometimes can be hard to maneuver, but I usually carry it on my shoulder anyhow.
As for the previous review about the grab-handle being not so functional, this is somewhat true. I am about 5'6" and the handle used to wheel the bag around is almost the perfect height, if I was about a half-inch shorter it would be the perfect height.
If you are tall (taller than 5'7"), the wheels will serve no purpose to you as you will have to bend uncomfortably to access the grab-handle to wheel it around.
The manufacturer should make the handle be extendable, like many carry-on luggage bags, then this bag would be perfect.

This is a great bag in every respect except for its intended purpose - easy transport of gear. The bag lacks an extendable handle like the Akona; instead it has a grab handle at the end of the bag. This is fine if you are 5'9", but for tall people, you have to bend over to pull it down the dock, and it is very difficult to push and control its direction. Given that extendable handles are commonplace, this design is downright dopey. It was a real struggle with heavy gear and a long dock and parking lot when I dove Grand Caymen last spring, haven't used it since.
