Eric H Are the carry straps long enough for the bag to be carried on your back (Like a backpack)?
Also, is this bag small enough to be used as a carry on bag or would I have to check it as luggage?
DAVID T The straps are too short to carry it backpack style. My wife carries can sling it one one shoulder like the way some women carry handbags with long straps.
The bag has no rigid shape, so whether you can put it into an overhead bin depends on what you put in it. Lookup the standard overhead carry on dimensions and pack it accordingly.
WILLIAM F Its a collapsible mesh duffel. Mesh is too thin to check as luggage but would be great once its in country to go to the beach with. Yes the straps are long enough to use as a back pack but not adjustable so would not be very comfortable. While collapsed it would carry on easily but open and full no way it would make it in the size for acceptable over head luggage. If you had the flight to your self it would take up a lot of space up there.
JEFF B Won't work as a back pack. May put both handles over one shoulder though. When its collapsed, its fine as a carry on or checked. I would not check it when its fully expanded.
KELLIE M No, I don't think it would work to try to carry it like a back-pack. Unfolded, it is a good size duffel bag, and when loaded with gear, it's heavy.
As shown, folded up, it is small enough to use as a carry on, and some items can fit inside as well.
They are nice bags, my husband has one too!
Hope this helps...
