This regulator works great. I've used it down to 90 feet with no change in breathing effort from the surface. It almost never freeflows and the swiveling low-pressure ports are a nice touch. The mouthpiece is comfortable.

The regulator tends to go on free flow a lot. The dive/pre-dive switch has no effect whatsoever on this tendency. The other knob is also useless: just stick it on the least resistance position and that's it. Having said that, the Airtech Piston AC 10 represents reasonably good value for money and works well enough for a beginner recreational diver like me. If you do your research you'll probably find that many other regulators in the same price range might be a lot better than the Airtech Piston AC 10.
