I would recommend the 4-5. You choose your color from the pull down menu next to the size. Blue, black or yellow.
Since I wear a size 7.0 to 7.5 women's shoe size...would you recommend either the 4-5 or the 5.5 - 6.5? Two sizes smaller falls between the two sizes...thanks!
I would go with the 5.5-6.5. That way you should be good to go if you ever wear dive boots/socks with them.

Yes, the sock will work just fine. I would recommend a size 5.5-6.5 in the fins.

The rule of thumb with fins (especially with closed heeled fins) is to round half sizes down. You want the pocket to be snug so it doesn't slip off your heel. I would recommend the 7-8.
