Shopper I am 6'2", 205 pounds. What size would you recommend? If there no quick release mechanism for the weights, do you have to manually remove them in an emergency?
LeisurePro S I would recommend an XL. There are no formal integrated weight pockets with this BCD, so any weight you put in the pockets will have to be removed manually. If you wear any significant amount of weight, you will need to use a weight belt for safety.

LeisurePro S Can hold approx. 10 pounds in the rear weight pockets. Buoyancy (lift): 6.6 kg (XS), 9.2 kg (S), 10.2 kg (M), 14.3 kg (L) 16.3 kg (XL).

Shopper Does one have to unzip the pockets to remove the weight pockets as indicated in the description of this BC? Love Cressi fit and feel and am very attracted by the idea of light weight but am concerned about ability to dump weights in an emergency.

The new Cressi Flex BC is the perfect jacket for travellers. It is extremely lightweight (1.8 kg for size M), about 40% less than any other jacket, considerably reducing luggage weight for flying.
The Flex BC has been specifically conceived for travellers and is designed to enable a 40% reduction in weight compared to any otherjacket on the market. No detail has been left out to achieve this result, beginning from the choice of material, 210 denier nylon, light but hard-wearing.
The soft, padded backpack has a strong grip rubber zone and a double camband to hold the tank firmly. Two large zip-up pockets, two rear weight pockets. The command for the purge valve on the back is situated on the bottom right front of the jacket.
All the D-rings are made from light alloy.
It only takes a few moments to fold up Flex and tie it with a special foldaway belt so it can be easily put into the special carry bag that comes with shoulder strap.
The very light frame of Flex and the anatomic style underwater translate into a very close-fitting and streamlined BC that offers very little resistance to forward movement.
