We are using these tags to understand the stresses that fishes encounter when captured on hook and line. The high sampling rate, accuracy and precision as well as cool features such as pressure activativated on off switch are pretty cool. The high memory capacity ensures lots of data can be collected.

Device ad says battery good for 10 years. I had mine 3 years and it is dead and [...] wants to charge [$] to replace. I recommend a computer with replaceable battery. You will get more info and can replace battery.
